I’ve never done a photoshoot before, what can I expect before, during, and after my session?

Can I bring people to my session?
Due to COVID, if they aren’t involved in your session (Hair dresser, Make Up Artist, Parent if a minor, or in your Family Package) they aren’t allow at your session.
What should I expect after submitting my “Ready to Book” form?
We appreciate you for choosing BroKid Pics! We will respond via email to answer any of your questions. Once both parties are in agreement with the services being provided, (you’ve read over the BroKid Pics Agreement PDF prior to booking) your $50 booking fee is required (paying your $50 booking fee is an agreement to those terms and conditions.).
To lock in your desired booking date, please provide more than one day of availability. Then you will receive an email with the official booking date, time, location and any notes if your photographer has any.
How long will it take before I receive my photos?
Within 2 weeks is our turnaround time. After your session, allow 3 to 7 business days to receive a link with your proof photos (unedited photos). You have 72 hours to respond with the images you would like edited (failure to do so or communicate for more time will result in your photographer selecting them).
After your proofs have been selected and sent to your photographer, allow another 3 to 7 business days to receive a link with the finish edits.
Can I add more edited photos to my photo package?
Of course you can. Pricing varies on specific packages/ request
Family Packages: Basic Editing - $5 each image: Professional Retouches - $15 each image
Headshot/Grad Packages: Professional Retouches - $15 each image
Are Deposits refundable?
Deposits are nonrefundable.
What happens if I’m late to my session?
Contact us immediately if you are running late. You do have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $30 late fee required before your session ends.
