Who is my photographer?

I’ve never done a photoshoot before, what can I expect before, during, and after my session?
I created a 7-page ebook on what to expect before, during, and after your photoshoot that will be emailed before you lock in your session.
Can I bring people to my session?
Due to COVID and other sicknesses, if they aren’t involved in your session like a (Hairdresser, Make Up Artist, Parent of a minor, or in your Family Package) they aren’t allowed at your photoshoot session unless granted permission in advance before your session.
What should I expect after submitting my “Ready to Book” form?
First off, I appreciate you for choosing BroKid Pics!
We will respond via email to answer any of your questions. Once both parties agree with the services being provided, (you’ve read over the BroKid Pics Agreement PDF sent via email) your nonrefundable booking fee is required soon after to secure your spot. (Paying your booking fee is an agreement to the terms and conditions listed in the PDF and through email.).
To lock in your desired booking date, please provide more than one day of availability. Then you will receive an email with the official booking date, time, location, and any notes regarding your session after your booking fee is sent via Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
How long will it take before I receive my photos?
Our turnaround time is two weeks. After your session, allow 3 to 7 business days to receive a link with your proof photos (unedited photos).
You have 72 hours to respond with the images you would like edited
Failure to do so or communicate for more time will result in me, your photographer selecting them on your behalf.
After your proofs have been selected, allow another 3 to 7 business days to receive a link with the finished edits.
Can I add more edited photos to my photo package?
Of course, you can. Pricing varies on specific packages/ request
Professional Retouches - $50 each image
Seasonal Editing Discounts - $10 for each image
Are Deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable.
What happens if I’m late to my session?
Contact me immediately if you are running late via text or phone call. There is a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, there will be a $30 late fee required before your session ends.
