I’ve never done a photoshoot before, what should I expect before, during, and after my session?
We created a 6-page document called The Agreement on what to expect before, during, and after your photoshoot that will be sent before you lock in your session
Are people allowed to attend my session?
Unless granted permission in advance, no. Due to COVID and other sicknesses, if they aren’t involved in your session (Photographers assistant or second shooter, Hairdresser, BTS, makeup artist, Parent of a minor, or in your Family Package) they aren’t allowed at your photoshoot session
What should I expect after submitting my “Ready to Book” form?
We appreciate you for choosing BroKid Pics!
We will respond via email, text, or direct message to answer any questions. Once both parties agree with the services being provided, (you’ve read over the BroKid Pics Agreement PDF sent via email) your nonrefundable booking fee is required soon after to secure your spot. (Paying your booking fee is an agreement to the terms and conditions listed in the PDF and through email.)
To lock in your desired booking date, please provide more than one day of availability. Then you will receive an email with the official booking date, time, location, and any notes regarding your session after your booking fee is sent via Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay
What is the timeframe to receive my photos?
Our turnaround time is two weeks. After your session, allow 3 to 7 business days to receive a link with your proof photos (unedited photos)
You have 72 hours to respond with the images you would like edited
Failure to do so or communicate for more time will result in your photographer(s) selecting them on your behalf
After you select and approve the proofs, allow another 3 to 7 business days to receive a link with the finished edits
I want to add more edited photos, how should I go about that?
Pricing varies on specific packages/ request
Professional Retouches - $50 each image
Seasonal Editing Discounts - $10 to $25 for each image
Be sure to send a message once your proofs have been sent on which photos you want to add to your package. Payment will be due soon after
Are Deposits refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable
What happens if I’m running late to my session?
Contact us immediately if you are running late via text or phone call. There is a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, a $45 late fee is required before your session ends
